The Project: The Old Works development encompasses the conversion and extension of Birch House, a former Victorian factory along with the construction of three additional blocks to provide 228 residential units across the whole development, along with commercial units and parking facilities.

Epg provided a full mechanical and electrical service to also include, BNO distribution, data wiring, door access and CCTV, mechanical ventilation systems, water tank and booster set, fire detection and sprinkler systems, disabled refuge system, smoke extract, dry riser and photovoltaic systems. Full testing, commissioning and complete handover.
